In the Capital city last night an FBI agent shot a man at Metro Center train station. They had a scuffle and then the man was shot. The man is dead now. This is the second time an off duty FBI agent has murdered someone in the Capital city Metro. Is this going to be a trend? Must we beware of federal agents with eager triggers?
